who are playing the Auld Shillelagh on Friday night. See Bands page

Bar on Church Street is joining in the Fringe with a DJ playing
Nostalgia 50s-80s Soul and 60s-80s pop on Friday and Saturday, free
admission; there will be an after-gig party for the Popes on Saturday
night; and there will be acoustic music from 3pm on Sunday
* Marmadike
Dando and the Mooche are also playing at Bardens on Sunday August

*The list
of performers at the Coach and Horses Acoustica N16 event on Friday
15th August will be available tomorrow (Thursday). So far, Greg
Hall and Kumi will be playing, with other acts to be announced
* If you have reserved
tickets for the Martin Carthy concert on Saturday night at the New
Church, please pick them up at the door by 7.15pm. The Church is
unlicensed but we have reserved a private area in the Rose and Crown
next door for the interval
